Terms of use
The service
JOBAI is free to start, with an optional paid Premium plan for job seekers and for employers. It searches public job adverts, suggests jobs that may suit you, and prepares or sends applications for the jobs you approve.
Your part
- The information in your CV must be true. JOBAI only rewords and reorders what you give it; you are responsible for checking every CV and letter before you rely on it.
- You allow JOBAI to send applications in your name to the employers of jobs you approve, with your email address as the reply address and a copy to you.
- Don't use JOBAI to send spam or to apply in someone else's name.
Employers
- Post only real, open vacancies for your own organisation (or your client's, if you are a recruiter, naming them where you can).
- Never ask applicants for money of any kind. Accounts that do are closed.
- Use applicants' and candidates' details only to recruit for your vacancies, and keep them safe as the Nigeria Data Protection Act requires. Don't share or sell them.
Premium
Premium is paid monthly by card through Paystack and renews automatically until you cancel (on the Plan page). You keep Premium until the end of the month you paid for. Prices are shown before you pay.
Job adverts
Adverts come from employers and other websites, not from JOBAI. We can't promise that a job is still open, or that an employer will reply. Never pay money to get a job. If an advert asks for fees, JOBAI warns you and won't send an application automatically.
No guarantee
We do our best to keep the service running, but we can't guarantee interviews or job offers. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made by employers.
Stopping
You can stop your search or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
