Delete your JOBAI account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, on the website or in the JOBAI Android app.

In the app or on the website

1. Log in to JOBAI.
2. Open Settings (the gear at the top).
3. Open Delete my account at the bottom, type DELETE and your password, then press Delete everything.

Can't log in?

Use Contact support (or email support@jobai.com.ng) with the email address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile and CV, uploaded certificates, job matches, applications and the CVs and letters written for them, jobs you added or posted, notifications, phone alert settings and payment records. Any Premium renewal is cancelled first, so your card isn't charged again.

Copies of emails you already sent to employers stay in their inboxes; JOBAI can't delete those. Paystack keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
